APRONET has a privacy policy that guarantees the protection of your data, in light of the new law of May 25, called the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR).

The Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter “LPDP”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter “GDPR”) ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Under legal terms, “personal data” is considered to be any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, so that protection does not cover data of legal entities.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user declares that, for the purposes set forth in articles 4, nos. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 11, 6, 7, 13, he/she gives his/her free, spontaneous and informed consent for the processing of personal data, to APRONET, provided through the website https://pronet.pt, to be included in a file under the responsibility of APRONET, the processing of which under the terms of the LPDP and the GDPR complies with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
APRONET maintains a database containing customer records. The data contained in this database is solely that provided by the customer upon registration. The data is collected and processed automatically, under the terms approved by the National Data Protection Commission, by APRONET, the entity responsible for the corresponding file.
Under no circumstances will information be requested about philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union affiliation, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data.
Under no circumstances will we carry out any of the following activities with the personal data provided to us through this website:
- Transfer to other people or other entities, without the prior consent of the data subject;
- Transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior consent of the data subject.

- (ii) Communication with customers and clarification of doubts;
- (iii) Processing of information requests;
- (iv) Complaints processing;
- (v) Direct marketing communications (if you have consented to the processing of your personal data for this purpose);
- (vi) Request for comments on products or services purchased;
APRONET guarantees the confidentiality of the data collected and the documentation received, and the information transmitted will be used solely within the scope of the aforementioned communication of campaigns and services, within the strictly necessary limits.
The personal data whose processing is authorized by this statement may not be used for any direct marketing or other commercial purposes, including profiling or any other automated decisions, and may be subject to portability under the terms of Article 20 of the GDPR.
APRONET declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security of personal data provided to it, aiming to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which it is exposed. APRONET guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers, both during registration and during the purchase/order process for products or services. Data collection and processing is carried out securely, preventing its loss or manipulation. All data will be entered into a secure server (128-bit SSL) that encrypts/codes it (transforms it into a code). The user can verify that their browser is secure if the padlock symbol appears or if the address begins with https instead of http..
One of the purposes for which we process personal data provided by users is to send electronic communications with information regarding commercial and promotional communications. Whenever we send such communications, they will be sent exclusively to users who have previously and expressly authorized them. In accordance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7, if the user wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from APRONET, they may request to opt out of the service by sending an email to revenda@pronet.pt.
In accordance with the provisions of the LDPD and GDPR, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability at any time, by making a request through any of the following means:
