The Partner, when formalizing his/her order with Apronet Unipessoal Lda, referred to below as "APRONET", accepts these Conditions of Sale, without reservations, considering other clauses to the contrary contained in the order notes as not written.
In the case of professional customers (B2B), access to the website is subject to prior approval by APRONET, as well as its suspension if the customer does not make purchases worth more than 250€ for 6 months.
For private customers, the prices mentioned already include VAT and Ecovalor, in the case of professional customers, prices are subject to VAT and Ecovalor at the current rate.
The goods mentioned in our invoices are sold with reservation of title and are therefore the property of APRONET until payment is made. (Art. 409, nº1 of the Civil Code).
For orders of products under reservation, or as mentioned on our website, “Coming soon”, the availability date shown is merely indicative and may be subject to change due to various factors, whether or not beyond APRONET’s control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee 100% that delivery will be made on the date shown. However, we will always try to inform the customer if any delay is detected.
The purchase of the product under reservation is only valid after payment has been made.
Delivery times are considered approximate, and APRONET will use all necessary and effective means to ensure they are met promptly. APRONET will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
In the service of APRONET, carriers require that any and all incidents detected upon receipt of the goods be recorded in detail in the PDA, in order to request compensation.
It is essential to detail the type of visible damage, for example: damaged volume, dented corner, etc., as well as identify the volume. APRONET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES that are not reported to the delivery person upon delivery.

New Products
APRONET guarantees all its products the same warranty as that provided by the respective manufacturer, beginning on the invoice date and covering exclusively manufacturing defects. This warranty terminates as soon as the product has been tampered with or misused.

Refurbished Products
All remanufactured equipment has a 1-Year Warranty, unless another type of warranty is mentioned in the product sheet.
StockOFF Products
All equipment presented as StockOff has a 30-day warranty and cannot be returned unless it does not meet the conditions described in the product sheet.
APRONET, through its quality department, determines the condition of refurbished equipment using the following criteria:
[A+] Equipment in excellent condition, with only a small risk of poor visibility;
[A] Equipment in good condition, may contain small scratches but not very deep;
[B] Fully functional equipment, may contain scratches/breakage/cracks or show signs of increased wear/marks of use;
If the customer wishes to return a certain product, regardless of the type of incident, they must make the request within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product, through the RMA link located on the "My Account".
Any commercial return is subject to a debit to offset administrative expenses, handling, repackaging of goods and technical services, which will be 10% of the commercialized value, value excluding ICMS.
The request to return the product is subject to prior and free acceptance by APRONET.
After receiving the product and verifying that it is in perfect condition, APRONET will proceed with issuing the respective Credit Note.
The Collection & Shipping service only applies to refurbished equipment and to mainland Portugal.
You can select the service in the product file, with the option of 1 and 2 Years Warranty, which complements the solution of the fault, the removal and free shipping of the equipment during the purchased period.
APRONET will only grant credit to Customers for whom it has sufficiently favorable commercial information and whose anticipated purchase volume is equal to or greater than 2,500.00€/year. Failure to meet the above-mentioned purchase volume limit each year may result in the interruption of credit deliveries. We can only consider Credit Sales if their value exceeds 150.00€ (excl. VAT)..
1. Invoices not paid on their due date are subject to interest on arrears calculated at the current legal rate, and a Debit Note will be issued, taking into account the date of receipt of payment in our services.
2. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days of their due date will be subject to notification of a claim to the Credit Insurer, without prior notice.
The following payment methods are acceptable: Bank Transfer, ATM at the Counter, ATM Ref., Bank Check and Cash.

FAILURE BY THE CUSTOMER TO COMPLY WITH THE SALES CONDITIONS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO DELAYS IN SUPPLIERS AND MAY EVEN RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OF NEW SUPPLIES.

After approval by the finance department, the customer will have to pay the amount mentioned above by the date the check is received. If this is not done, the check will be deposited again.
To resolve any disputes arising from transactions carried out with APRONET, the jurisdiction of the District of São João da Madeira is competent.
